benefits only when card is
presented. NT$250 handling
fee will be charged for lost
and reissue of new card. The
accumulated points you have
will be rewritten to new card
based on the current databank
of the Lawry's computer system. |

3.

Redemption
function will be temporarily
inactivate if the computer
system is out of service.
However, the point accumulation
will still be handling manually. |

4.

Points
are not cash redeemable. |

5.
|
Card
will expire after 2 years
from date of issue. NT$250
will be charged for card renewal
if less than 10 times point
accumulation (in different
accumulation days) during
2 years. |
