The hand-made "Silver" carts (actually hammered out of stainless steel) is another innovative idea by Lawry's. The cart is designed according to the law of thermodynamics, allowing uniform and well-proportioned heat distribution. Much of the splendor of this "moving kitchen" is that it allows the Chef to showcase the standing rib roasts and allow the beef to be carved to guests' orders at tableside, right before their eyes. Combined with Creamed Corn, Buttered Peas or Creamed Spinach, it will certainly make this an unforgetable experience. Finally, together with Yorkshire Pudding and our famous recipe of whipped cream horseradish, it is so delicious you won't even have time to smile.
